After graduating from a specialized math and physics high school, Laura obtained her B.A. and Masters Degrees in applied mathematics at Moscow's "Kerosinka". She brings unique expertise in mathematics education to BMC Elementary.

Kiran is studying math at UC Berkeley. He joined the Eugene Math Circle in second grade and has been involved with Math Circles for over ten years. Besides BMC, he works for the Berkeley Math Tournament and enjoys fencing and cycling.

Maria participated in Moscow Math Circle and later earned her Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from MIT. She currently teaches at the University of Oregon and organizes the annual Math Festival for K-8 students in Eugene.
